Brand new s22, system update stuck downloading at 0%

As title says. I saw a system software update on my brand new out of box s22 and yet it is just stuck downloading at 0% with time left showing as --:--:--

Tried going into the recovery menu but it won't boot into safe mode either. Did they change the safe boot method yet again?

For recovery you need the phone to be connected to a computer. From power off whilst connected to laptop or pc. Press volume up and power button together to start, wait until you see Galaxy sign before releasing

I am sure it's volume up if not volume down and power

I have found out that it must be something to do with my home WiFi router. As I tried to update in work on our WiFi there and there was no issue at all and updated as normal. So I need to talk to my ISP about why their router is a pile of excreta

@-Robot-  yes it is power/ Volume up to enter Recovery Mode and need to connect to computer or use USB-C Headphones for S Series.
