Hi there
As much as I love that my S10 has the ability to block phone calls from unknown callers, I would love to be able to hide blocked calls from my call log.
As of lately I receive multiple calls per day from telemarketing and the likes of it. And it bugs the $£%4 out of me that, whenever I open my call log that the first couple of lines that I see; are private numbers that are being blocked.
I prefer not to be reminded of how persistant those callers are, I have found the option what calls to show but its either all or nothing. I guess I am kinda missing the option in there to tick multiple:
Maybe someone else over here knows of a setting that I might have missed?
Thanks in advance

By far the easiest way is to go to the settings app, scroll all the way down until you see "software update", open this and select download and install.
If this does not provide you the update, your device might be carrier locked, this can sometimes be an issue in regards to updates.
Looking forward to see if this will sort things out for you.

Thanks Tiburan - Following your good advice, I updated the software this morning with the latest 'default' version being Android 10 and unfortunately not Android 11, which did not result in a change in the drop down menu in the 'Recent' call log to provide me with the 'hide blocked calls' option.
I now need to work out if I can get the Android 11 software update on my phone.
Thanks again Mark

Hi Mark,
Have you tried checking for more updates?
Also is your device maybe carrier locked?

Thanks Tiburan - I'll keep looking to see if there are any further updates.
I'll also see if it's carrier locked.
Thanks so much again for your help. Cheers Mark

I'm glad you guys are having this conversation. This has been a huge issue for me as well. I have an S8 with UI 1 version 9 operating system (phone says no new updates are available), so it looks like I have another reason to upgrade my old phone!
