Hello 

My son has a SamsungA41 then he block a contact in his  Phone. He can see that The person has Try to call him it showing his name and a blue mark

are you trying to unblock them? the blue mark is the block icon... its a blue circle with a diagonal line inside it.

if you go through your call settings theres a sub menu to find a block list, from there you can remove the contact from the block list and then they can text or call freely to the phone.
