My new Galaxy S25 Ultra is missing the AR Zone application, which I frequently used to create personalized call background videos featuring dancing emojis synchronized to my ringtone. Despite extensive online searches and a troubleshooting session with Samsung support (including remote phone access), the application remains unavailable. How can I restore AR Zone functionality or report this omission to Samsung for inclusion in a future software update?

Notice in Samsung Members app
AR Emoji name change to Galaxy Avatar 07/10/24
Hello, thank you for always using AR Emoji. We would like to inform you about some important changes with the One UI 7.0 update
1. To provide an even better service, AR Emoji will be rebranded as Galaxy Avatar. 2. Features previously available in AR Zone can now be accessed via the Settings app > Advanced features menu.
With Galaxy Avatar, we will continue to do our best to provide new and exciting experiences in the future.
Thank you.

Yes, noticed the same today. S25 Ultra is Missing AR Zone and I can't find it on the stores. I use it for taking measurements. If someone from Samsung is reading this, please advise.

I don't know why they keep removing features, there is no reason to remove this function. Galaxy avatar isn't a replacement

Was in the same situation, apparently there is a separate app on the galaxy store named Quick Measure which is the exact thing.
