App Notes text formatting toolbar is missed on Tablet (not on smarthpone)

Hello,

I was working with the fantastic App NOTES by Samsung on my tablet, but suddendly when I select a text to change the format (size, color, ecc.), the formatting toolbar that usually appears in the low part of the display, 
, only the standard toolbar appears at the top (look the screenshot). Strangley this problem does not appear if I open the app on my samsung smarthpone!

My tablet is TAB 6 Lite and it's updated. The Notes version is: 4.4.30.63

Please help me because I use the app a lot for my studies and researches!

check under Notes/ Settings and review various settings. Customise toolbar etc

There's nothing for the text formatting toolbar in settings, only the main toolbar

(Also I've encountered the same issue on my Tab S8)

I'm having the same issue with my tablet, S7. I dont remember updating recently.
