I use a older version of Samsung Health as the new one doesn’t count steps in real time which is useless to me. This morning my phone updated to the new app so I successfully synced my data, un and reinstalled the new one to the old one and upon restoring the data it shows my past weeks data and workouts have been lost the strange thing is it shows in my Together section.
Any help appreciated.

This issue likely occurs because the "Together" section syncs to the server in real-time, while personal workout data may have been stored locally on the newer app version.

Ensure the older app version has fully finished syncing with your Samsung account, as this process can be delayed after a reinstall.

Try force-stopping the app and clearing its cache to prompt a fresh sync of local data to the server.

I have the same issue. First, the app kept telling me it hasn't synced for days after the update. I then tried to sync manually but somehow the sync section of the app wouldn't load. I tried reinstalling and now most of my health data is missing. Some random data from the past days survived. Any solution to this? I already reached out to Samsung and hope that they have an older backup they can restore...
