Android 12 update

Hi Everyone, 

I'm new to this! I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get my software update for Android 12? I have a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra and have heard quite a few people say they have already had theirs, but I haven't had mine yet.

The s21 ultra's software is now on android 13 and one ui 5.1. Try plugging into a pc and use smartswitch to update to latest software.

Go into settings, scroll down until you see software update > download and install.
