All email accounts in Secure Folder now not syncing

Hi. I am new and have had Samsung phones since I can remember. On my note 10 lite all my email accounts in secure folder have stopped syncing. All accounts have setting for auto when received, all the time etc. Nothing has changed and yet my last emails were on 1st October.

Please help Its not the settings on the mail accounts.
