I think snapchat needs to be added to the galaxy store and promptly if they want people to continue using the galaxy store, this is one of the features that make galaxy store less usable then play store-play store has every social media
If you go into the support section on the Members App You can go into feedback and leave your request there. Could be that the app developers don't want the app available there.
