Access Samsung cloud withoud samsung phone

Hello!
I had Samsung phone and now it is broken. How do I restore my Samsung cloud data (Messages, Photos and videos)?

To access Samsung Cloud on your computer, open your desired web browser, and then go to support.samsungcloud.com. Click Sign in, enter your Samsung account information, and then click SIGN IN again.

Yeah there is my backup, but there is no option to download or restore them.
