A03 acting strangely

yesterday when using google photo app and google search my A03 acted strangely with the picture/screen changing and freezing with the handset vibrating (short buzz). i had to restart it to get it back to normal.

tonight the same thing when using google search and the user manual app. i wanted to find out if it was the internet phone symbol that was showing in the top right of my screen and if so why, because i dont use that normally.

but again the phone started changing the zoom on the screen, the screen flickering and becoming unusable.

do i need to take it for a repair or is there a simple thing i can do that will sort it out.

from past experience the one answer i can guarantee to come up will be to factory reset but what if that doesnt work.
