UI7 notification issue Librelink

After the ui7 update, the app Librelink (the one that monitors your blood sugar levels, which is pretty important as a diabetic, can no longer send sound notifications when the phone is on silent.

I have tried every option available inside the app and phone settings but it does not work.

When I go to sleep I do not want to be woken up by anything except critical blood suger levels as this is potentiallly life threatening but this functionality is no longer there. Can someone please advise??

It used to work fine before the update.

Tried every setting and multiple restarts etc. Did not notice initially after the update (did not change any settings) and woke up in the morning with a major hypoglycemia as no alarm went off.

Hallo @Watergiant,

Thank you for reporting this. I can understand how important the app is. It could be possible that if the Permissions and notifications are reset. Go to Settings ---> Apps ---> Librlink. Check here the settings for Permissions and Notifications.
