Registeration for Cadeu promotion rejected

Dear Samsung, my registration for a promotion is not confirmed by Samsung. I bought a Jet 70 cordless vacuum cleaner and there is a promotion to receive an extra battery. The rejection message reads as below:

We kunnen de betaling niet overmaken, omdat de naam van de rekeninghouder ongeldige tekens bevat. Zorg ervoor dat je punten, accenten of speciale tekens weglaat om de betaling tot een goed einde te brengen.

I have tried changing my Samsung profile name to be the same as my bank account but I am not sure if has been updated in Samsung database in the last week. Please advise. registration code: NLD6663203MCMLJ

You have to change the name of your bank account not your Samsung Profile.

Hi @Amin11111, good afternoon.

 

Thank you for reaching out. When I take a look at your registration I can see this is momentarily declined because the name of your registration isn't the same as on your invoice. On the 3rd of May we have send you a e-mall to adjust this, did you respond on this email? You can respond on this email until the 15th of May.

Dear Martijn, I have filled in the registration form twice now and both times rejected for the same reason. I have tried changing my name (to my passport name as my bank account) on the Samsung registration form, but apparently this is not directly possible. My Samsung profile name is now correct but the registration link shows the wrong details and does not get updated. I hope I have made it clear what the issue is. I have now also replied back to the email and expressed the issue. Can you help with updating the promotion registration form? Thanks.

No, I can't. With the link in the e-mail you can adjust your surname for the promotion. You don't have to change your information in your Samsung account.
