Problem with koelkast Model RB37J5925SS

Dear all,

I bought a Samsung koelkast Model RB37J5925SS 2 days ago but I noticed the noise it makes and how long the noise takes. I've read the instructions but it doesn't say if there's any button to make it silent. Also, if we open the door or introduce products in the fridge/freezer, it starts the ventilation (or what I assume it's the ventilation) and it takes a very very very long time until it stops. I'm very concerned about the electricity it spends and also the noise level. This is not the first koelkast I have and but it's really the only one that makes so much noise. The fridge is set to 3 degrees C and the freezer to -19 degrees C. 

Does anyone know if there's any function to make it work silently? OR at least know a solution for it?
