Are all the settings correctly installed? For 3rd party apps, we can't help you unfortunately. This is something that you need to resolve with the makers of the app.
What exactly do you see in the Energy app? Did you use a 3rd party app as well?
Do you have a recording of the sounds the fridge makes? That way we can take a better look at your issue.
