Hi, I'm asking for help. My machine, after switching on and selecting the program, does not start working at all, but it makes a short sound like in the video and allows the door to open.

there is no any fault code or anything, when i do the check

hello there. I could not hear any pump start up. I think what is supposed to happen first is sound of pump , then sound of water solenoid valves to fill up machine , I could not hear any of that. Have you took the pump filter out at the bottom of the machine and made sure its clean and that you can move the pump propellor blade with your fingers if you can see it when pump filter is removed.
have you also checked with the Samsung Android diagnostics App ?

yes pump propellor can move, and i cleaned the filter too. 

yes there is no fault code when I start the diagnostic. is there anything more that i can do? thanks for reply

try leaving unplugged overnight to reset it.
Try performing a Drum Calibration without any clothes in the drum.
see if those things work.

washing machine is officialy dead, thanks for the help.

something with electronics is not good, and it is too expensive to repair it.
