Well I bought a Samsung washing machine and a dryer two weeks ago . Yes two weeks ago . Washer has been used 4 times . I noticed the other day bits of what I thought was tissue on the clothes but today it was there again and I realised it was bits of shredded rubber . Looked in and there is a gap between the drum and the rubber seal where seal has been ripped .4 times for a machine that cost 700 Euro . That’s a joke . I phoned Samsung and they said I would have to pay for a repair - they took my name and phone number and email at start of the call . I was disconnected and I’m still waiting on a call back . Disgraceful I will be taking them to small claims courts and telling everyone I know about the lack of customer service
