Dear Samsung Customer Service,
I get in touch with you because I’ve had an issue with a product I bought in August 2023. The product in question is a Samsung Jet Bot™️+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Auto Empty CleanStation.
The device has been working perfectly well, until in the last 3 weeks I noticed it did not return to the charging and dusting station.
On looking at the app, I can't find out how to update the firmware or software of the device in order to eliminate any software problems.
Can you tell me how to proceed to sort out this problem, please?
I’ll be waiting for your comments. Any suggestions are welcome.
