I need to report a serious safety issue with my Samsung oven (Model NV68R3371BS/EF, manufactured August 2020). The oven turned on by itself while the control was in the OFF position (12 o'clock). Luckily I was at home when this happened, but I'm honestly scared to think what could have happened if I was out or asleep - this is a potential fire hazard. I've unplugged the oven and won't be using it until this gets sorted out. An oven should never turn on when the controls are off, and I'm really concerned about whether this is safe to use anymore. Has anyone else experienced something similar with their Samsung oven? I'd really appreciate any advice on how to get Samsung to address this urgently, as this seems like a defect that could put people in danger.
