F40DE4B8-E6A8-4D0F-B82D-68B36C76DAF9.jpegThe door handles didn’t fit onto the screws straight out of the box and now I can’t remove them.   Any advise on how to remove and refit?

Thanks so much, I did as you said and it worked!  For others who have this issue: although it looks as though the handle is screwed on from inside the door, this is not the case. You need to detach the handle as described above, then you will be able to tighten the screw and reattach the handle to fit snugly against the door.

Sussed it..

small flat head screwdriver in the recess on the underside of the handle. quarter to half turn and the handle comes away easily. To reattach push back on until it snaps into place. (Screwdriver not required for attaching the handle). Thanks for all your help guys and good luck!

Thank you @Spotmatic. It works. Though, I found that if you use a flat screwdriver that "squarely" fits in the round hole, the handle pops out almost immediately at the 1st twist.

Hi all. Have the same issue. I just want to tight the Handel. (don't want to remove or replace at the moment).

Any hints how to do that? Screw divers is not doing anything.  Any hints are welcomed.

As ‘Spotmatic’ explains above, to tighten the handle you need to detach it (following his instructions), then screw the fitting tight into the door, then re-attach the handle.

Do you have any good Video to see all this. I am just afraid to break it. Thanks.

Many thanks - it worked! If you hadn’t warned it might take a lot of tries, we’d have given up. One was easy, one took a bit of perseverance.
Door handle is now nice & tight!
