Jet Bot+ Robot Vacuum with clean station replacement brushes

I'm purchasing the Jet bot+ vacuum model VR30T85513W/AA, but there aren't any listings for the replacement brushes or side brushes. Only replacement HEPA filters. I've already been sent to the Samsung replacement parts website, but there are no replacement parts available. The only thing that pulls up is the service manual. Yes, I've searched by the model number and keywords, nothing pulls up.. Calling the Parts team also got me nowhere, so again, let's skip the run around with suggesting those options. 

I'm happy to purchase something else if Samsung cannot provide actual guidance on where to purchase replacement parts for their products.. figured I'd try here first..

Your model code is bringing up the US model. Are you currently from the US? If so, it might be best to ask this question on our US Community pages.

I'm having the same issue in the UK. Somehow I have an american model. I've reached out to Samsung who got in touch with a spares company. Neither Samsung or the spares company can help and don't have any idea about accessory parts for this model. 

Seems very suspicious. All the spares for this model are no longer purchasable, and the device has dropped over £300 in price in just 3 years. Have they stopped making them and want to sell the remaining stock at low cost. Probably.

Hi, I was struggling to source replacement side brushes so after a few conversations with Samsung UK they directed me to their approved spares site https://www.samsungspares.co.uk/
