HC2 error code

Hi, 

My Samsung eco bubble 9kg washer dryer keeps going into hc2 error code. 

It has been working fine and ever since I moved the position of the machine the dryer will not work. 

Is this a simple fix or what could be the problem.

Is there something I can do to solve this.

It means the dryer heater is not functioning call Samsung here is where I found out

Did this issue ever get resolved, mine is now doing this and in was wondering how much it’s going to cost to get repaired
