Bought a fridge/freezer about 3 years ago I discovered that the bottom drawer of the freezer jumped out when you pulled it out.
It turned out that the stop lug on the box has damaged the sliding surface and the stopper located on the inside wall of the freezer, the stop was completely gone.
The material inside the fridge / freezer is very thin, I have never experienced it being so thin and fragile. There will be nothing left of the sliding tracks once 10 years have passed that the cabinet should at least last.
Can it be fixed? How? If not then it is very bad and poor quality
