Could anyone, please give me email address to complain and if CEO contact too.
I returned a vacuum cleaner on 3 November under Samsung 100 DAYS PROMISE.
Product was received by Samsung on 4 November, which is confirmed by DPD and Samsung customer service on the phone when I called them.
But, I did not receive any email confirmation that return is received, and no sign of refund either. Its been 16 days since I returned the product.
I made many phone call to customer service, who always promised to update me about refund, but never did.

@Abu3838 As suggested I would contact Samsung Support/Moderators in the first instance. there is a website which lists ceo emails for reference. https://www.ceoemail.com/index.php?s=S
