Good afternoon

Could anyone, please give me email address to complain and if CEO contact too. 

I returned a vacuum cleaner on 3 November under Samsung 100 DAYS PROMISE. 

Product was received by Samsung on 4 November, which is confirmed by DPD and Samsung customer service on the phone when I called them.

But, I did not receive any email confirmation that return is received, and no sign of refund either. Its been 16 days since I returned the product.

I made many phone call to customer service, who always promised to update me about refund, but never did.

If you are in the UK. The refund gets processed usually after 28 days I think it is.
If you have not received it after 30 days, then contact Samsung Customer Support

One of the moderators may be able to help with contact details. Though they won't be able to direct with your case

@Abu3838  As suggested I would contact Samsung Support/Moderators in the first instance.  there is a website which lists ceo emails for reference. https://www.ceoemail.com/index.php?s=S 

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

There is a President's email address, however from experience when you use it, the email is simply auto forwarded to Customer Services and the President (of Samsung) does not get involved.
