I can only say that the experience i have had so far trying to book a service visit to my washing machine is atrocious
My machine is covered under a 5 year warranty and i booked a call saying there is water leaking from the machine, that call was cancelled and made chargeable as they said the door seal was damaged without even visiting! After contacting them and asking the question I was then asked to supply pictures showing the door seal, they responded to that and agreed the seal is undamaged and I was to contact them again, which I have just done spending over 30 minutes speaking to a brick wall called CJ "Cyrus" who now says my "case" is being reviewed
I've had plenty of washing machines from various manufactures and never have i had to deal with a company like this, so why cant i get a simple thing as a service engineer to visit?
