Hi, has anybody ordered the new Beapoke Jet Ai Vacuum direct from Samsung? I ordered on 16/04 and earliest delivery 30/04. On delivery day they sent me an email stating delayed and put the date back to 14/05. Have heard nothing since and is now showing as No Longer Available on Samsung website. Vacuum appears to be available to walk in and buy from every other store! Just wondered if anyone else was having the same experience.

There's no reason why you wouldn't get yours on 14th :smiling-face:

Yeh, did that when.it was due on 30th and was advised was definitely down to be delivered that day. Received an email advising of delay about an hour later. She basically told me on the phone that they can only see what I can see. I guess I'll wait and see. Just wondered if there was a supply problem I was unaware of.
