machine is one of the new heat pump condenser driers. Have noticed recently a 'fusty' smell coming fro the area of the matrix lower filter which we dust out and hoover even when there is no alarm warning.
A few thoughts: is there lint build up somewhere else perhaps after the heat recovery mechanism.
Is it that we haven't used the machine a lot as the weather has been nice.
Not sure if there is an exhaust after the matrix.
Any ideas anyone
