Weight not updating on samsung from renpho

I weigh regularly on my renpho scales and as of 3 days ago it synced perfectly with my samsung health app. What is now happening is its showing as recorded on the bottom of the screen but not updating on the body composition. I'm having to enter it manually then take my body composition again. I've no idea what's happening as it is a recent thing. Nothing has changed in the past few days. I will add pictures to make it clearer.
