Accept that what you are feeling is normal and what many many others feel in their lives. Maybe take up exercise to keep your mind in a positive place. If not, then throw your spare time into a hobby or pastime. Try to mix socially as often as possible and try to meet someone else at least as a friend. If you do have a close friend or friends then try talking about your feelings with them. Unrequited love is a painful thing, so don't be hard on yourself in any way. To keep your mind in a positive place, maybe draw up lists of all the positive things you have in your life maybe. Accept that you will have your bad days though, but these WILL fade with time.
