I have encountered an issue where the snore detection feature on my phone keeps turning itself off intermittently, despite the phone being plugged in and following the recommended steps. This problem is occurring frequently. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

I have the S24 Ultra and the Watch 7.

I am relieved to find that I am not alone in this frustration. While I understand that it may not be considered a significant issue, when investing a substantial amount of money in a product, one expects to be able to utilize all included components.

Hi.

I read somewhere for some of the stuff to sync properly you need to open the Samsung health app atleast once a day so.

I hope that helps.

I do, sometimes more than once a day because I like to look at my information. Thank you for your response. 😊

Thank you for providing the link. It doesn't mention the snore detection feature turning itself off, even though I followed the instructions. There might be a bug causing this issue.

I would presume. It's tied with your sleep schedule or manually turning it on before sleeping.

Also if the phone is not close enough it may not detect it.
Lastly might want to consider buying a watch ️ and the seem to work better.

And yeah it could be a bug as well. Lots of people who downloaded the big August update had issues on older phones like the s23 series etc.

I do stick to my sleep schedule, and my phone is positioned directly above my head, beside me. I do wear a watch, specifically the Watch 7, so I suspect there may be a technical issue.

Could be a bug as you say then. If you already have a watch as well.
