Has anyone else's sleep tracker been malfunctioning? It hasn't detected anything for two nights now, which is frustrating given the price I've paid for the watch and phone. I've tried clearing the cache and switching the phone and the watch on and off. Nothing is working.
My mum is having a similar issue, shes on S24U with the watch 5 and it isnt recording but im on S24U with the galaxy watch from 2018 and it still records just fine
I have the S24 Ultra, too, along with the Watch 7. I never encountered any issues with my previous watch either, which was the first Samsung smartwatch I used with my Note 10 Plus after using it for four years, and it was secondhand, too. I've only had the current watch and phone for two months and it's showing problems. It's frustrating.
Yeah i can imagine it is, we havent managed to find a solution to it yet we've tried pairing the watch to a different phone, letting others wear it while sleeping and similar things but it still wont record anything
That's shocking! They're not doing anything. They could offer a new watch because it seems like a software issue. Have you tried factory resetting the watch?
