Samsung SHEALTH - A GP type daily health check in

Increasingly finding the AI Health Assist insights useful as a daily GP type directional check in. Yes it shouldn't replace a GP, but it does help me with various trends i have shared with my GP, in particular BP readings.

My BP trend start ls in May 2012 to the present date, most well before SHEALTH, but Health Connect syncs my various sources including Withings.

Interested to see how much other Members use SHEALTH?

I don't really change how I act based on the data, but I treat it as something good to know. Now and again I'll have a look how things are going and if something looks more off than it should.

Ironic saying this after your health assist on the fold post. I quite like health assist. What it says isn't super helpful, but it's like I asked some random guy "hey, look at my health stats, tell me what they mean in metaphors and words, I don't like numbers or want to know what they mean". You get a general idea of things though the suggestions and educational value isn't really there.

I find AGE index quite cool though kinda badly implemented. It's displayed like it's a value that changes day to day, it isn't. Over a week or month maybe you can see a change, but the default view is always a flat line.

The overall app is kinda just a general good health app. I recommend family members to use it if they wanted a fitness app. Without any watches or trackers, it does a decent job for being free with no real ads

Yes directional, also the ACE was fine but since the latest SHEALTH UPDATE its a but random.

I like the simple but proactive,.do more, do less, rest ...

This morning ls simple paragraph, note I only worse my Samsung Galaxy Ring to bed as my watch was really irritating my wrist.
