I read the new monthly cycle tracker is available on the galaxy watch 4 , I've updated it but still not seeing this anywhere, can anyone help?

The only thing I know that's recently been added is the cycle tracking which uses the body tempreture sensor. Unfortunately this feature is only available for the watch 5 series. The watch 4 doesn't have the tempreture sensor.

I set it up on my wife's Watch5, so far she has not seen anything body temp insights.
