I have my watch 6 set to continuously measure my heart rate and I find the graphs showing maximum and minimum bars for each hour a bit pointless. I should be able to see differences in my heart rate every 30 seconds on a graph or something like that.
Having the bar chart doesn't make much sense to me.If the data is being captured, it might as well be used to provide useful information so you can see how you have reacted to different events.
Any thoughts?
