While watching telly during the evening, moving about and using phone I typically go to bed 22:30-24:00. When I run sleep analysis in the morning it typically includes all evening as being part of the analysis and hence poor sleep patterns I.e 12+ hours sleep.
Anybody have similar? Watch4 but did similar on older watch.
Activate goodnight mode on the watch then press the three dots at the side and turn off 'turn on goodnight mode automatically. (Not sure how you go to sleep at the non exisistant 24 o'clock though 🤣) Hope this helps. 😊
