Hey! 

Why is my health app in this section saying this is all the activity is done today but I've actually hit 10,000 steps on the main screen and walked 4.79 miles. Where as on this exercise screen it says I've done just over 2 miles? Am I being dopey 😅

What it is is if you register an exercise or the watch auto registers one then it will record how much you have done until you stop it or it auto stops. The steps and mileage on your top screen shot is what you have done today altogether. The bottom screen shot is your workouts which will only register when you have been working out. Sometimes if I'm walking up an hill and my heart rate goes up then it will start an exercise.

Sometimes the app lags or doesn't record the information properly. It's nothing to worry about and you have still managed to hit your goal so it's fine
