Hello, EUX could mean any country within the European zone, some are pretty slow to push updates, you'll have to be patient 🙏

Can you give us this information : 
Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider SW ver.

You can try it with a PC and the Smart Switch software, usually it unlocks the situation. Look on the Web for instructions 😉
