Next, I invite you to submit an error report so that our technicians can analyze the situation and suggest a solution.
To send the error report :
→ Open the "Members" application;
→ At the bottom of the page, you'll have the headings "Discovery", "My Community", "Assistance" ;
→ Press "Support" (towards the bottom of the page), choose "Error reports" ;
→ Describe the malfunction, with a screenshot if possible ;
→ Press the send button at the top right.
