Galaxy S23 USB C SIM Card output issue

Hello Galaxy community ! 

I have just bought a Galaxy S23 (new). I tried wired USB C earplugs but the sound doesn't comes out properly. I can hear it crackling and if the cable move the sound stops. The media/music, it's still playing but with no sound. The issue only happen when I put the SIM card in the phone. Also, I tried the earplugs and the SIM card on a Galaxy A70 and they are working properly. 

Can anyone help with this issue ? Should I ask for replacement ?

You are in a Samsung France community forum. you must explain your problem to everyone in French. or contact the Samsung English community forum.
In general, wired headphones are no longer compatible with USB-C inputs, or in system settings, USB configuration. see applications then click on the 3 dots at the top right, then Special access, then click on Applications Admin, device. check if the USB port configuration is possible.

OK merci pour vos réponses. J'ai essayé quelques configurations avec et sans sim, avec et sans mode avion, avec et sans 4G/5G. En mode avion et sans la 4G/5G pas de souci avec les écouteurs. J'ai lu ailleurs qu'il pouvait y avoir des intereferences avec la LTE/ modem et le port USB C si ce dernier présente un defaut. Qu'en pensez vous ?

En plus de ma réponse précédente, je confirme qu'il n'y a pas de catégorie/confirmation possible USBC dans les Apps Admin. Je vais également essayer avec une autre SIM d'un autre opérateur. Enfin, Je n'ai pas d'écouteurs USBC autres, ceux ci sont neuf de chez xiaomi et fonctionnent sur un samsung A70. Vous pensez que ce sera différent avec des USB C Samsung, j'ai peur d'en racheter pour rien.

Je vous conseil de laisser tomber les écouteurs filiaire et essayer ceux qui ce connecte par Bluetooth. On plus vos écouteurs usb-c de Xiaomi qui marchent sur un A70 ne signifie pas automatiquement qu'ils doivent marquer sur un S23 , pas les mêmes technologies USB pas même câblage etc...
