Hello! I have a Note 10+ AT&T Version Unlocked , when I will receive the update to Android 11 ? I check it and it say's my software is up to date . I'm still running Android 10

You're presently on a french forum...In many country, we already received the new Android version and One UI 3.0...You should check your query with your provider or if you're in UK, you should ask there :

Un Note 10 + US AT&T est un modèle SM-N975U1

Ces modèles reçoivent Android 11 depuis le 7/02/2021.

Je ne suis pas certain que un modèle brandé AT&T en France avec une sim française reçoive ces mises à jour. 

Les US en général et particulièrement ceux vendus par les opérateurs sont les plus mauvais modèle pour utiliser en Europe.
