software updating my monitor

I'm trying to update my G5 monitor's software to the latest one I downloaded the latest one on Samsung's website but it still says no update file found 

model code: LS27CG552EMXEG

S/N: 09CNHK2X300044L

Software Version: M-C5500GGZA-1002.1

Make sure the file format must end in a format that matches the file type, for example, ex, pdf, rar, exe, jar.....
