Samsung qn90a vrr

Hi i have ps5 connected updated with the new vrr option the ps5 connected to hdmi port4 i have qn90a model

I tried to check the vrr with astro playroom one of the games that support vrr but the tv game mode bar shows that vrr is off 

Please advice

Yes agreed. It's definitely a bug. Vrr worked for ratchet and clank, deathloop, and astro. The game bar just isn't working as intended for vrr.

New firmware released yesterday (ver 2001.4) which fixes this issue.

I'm trying to uptate via usb its says there is no new ver from

Have you extracted the zip file and put that folder onto the usb. Make sure there's no other files/folders on the usb apart from the update folder named T-NKM2DEUC

I want to mention that i from israel could it be that there a difference in the qn90a models ?

Maybe this is the reason that the update not working

Hmmm it could be that. My model is QE65QN90AATXXU

The Samsung website doesn't mention anything about firmware compatibility between different regions so I thought it would be a universal firmware but if your TV isn't detecting it then it may very well be that it isn't compatible for your region .
