I cannot access part of the OSD due to faulty button

I have had my monitor now for about 10 months and as of today when I tried to change my display settings on my C27RG50FQU, I found that although pressing the button accesses the initial menu, it wont go upwards to access the part of the OSD which enables me to make the changes I want (black stabiliser, colour settings ect.)

Anyways, thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Its a long shot but check your on the most recent firmware.
