Can't find motion smoothness in settings

Hello,

I have the same problem as the others. My galaxy A20 does not have a MOTION SMOOTHNESS or REFRESH RATE under settings and display. I suspect there is a variant operating system that has a minimum options cut down version of the operating system everyone else has. Did they make a student version or something?  It is causing me so many problems to game on my phone I will just have to replace it.

I also tried to update.... but the app says my system is up to date.
