Samsung Uk apply a 24 month Manufacturer's Warranty.
However as the phone was supplied by another source double check their terms also.
You certainly could ask Samsung for help.
In the UK a consumer has Consumer-Rights-Act-2015.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
