Hi,

Recently I can't connect to Wi-Fi with my Z Fold4. The phone can't find any Wi-Fi networks. The strange part is, that when the phone is open (big screen) everything works. The phone already detect the Wi-Fi networks and connects. but when I close, it disconnect and the same problem starts again, not finding any network.

I already try everything I can, like reset all networks connections, forget and reconnect, restore the router and  I already start the phone in security mode and the problem remains.

Someone have any clue?

Thanks in advance

Hallo @Filas7,

Thank you for your message. Have you also tried Have you tried deleting the cache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.

Or else you can go to one of our Service Centers. See the link below for the locations and to make an appointment.

Hi Ajay,

Thank you for your response. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the ongoing issues I am experiencing with my Galaxy Fold4. As a loyal Samsung customer for many years, I have never encountered a problem like this before.

Not only has the outside screen completely stopped working, but now the inside screen is also malfunctioning intermittently. This has made the phone almost unusable, which is unacceptable for a device of this caliber and price.

I recently visited the Samsung store in Breda, and the repair department informed me that the phone is misaligned due to an external force. This conclusion is baffling and infuriating, as my phone is in pristine condition without any signs of damage or external impact. The suggestion that an external force is to blame feels like an attempt to sidestep the warranty coverage.

I have always trusted Samsung products for their quality and reliability, which is why this situation is so disheartening. Given that the phone is still under warranty and has not been subjected to any mishandling, I strongly believe that these issues should be covered.

I expect Samsung to honor the warranty and provide the necessary repairs or replacement. Could you please advise on how to proceed to get this matter resolved promptly and to my satisfaction?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Ajay-A ,

Unfortunately I don't have any picture, and now my phone is not even starting at all.

I do have a picture with one of the more recent problems about the phone temperature, and this happen when I try to charge the phone.

This is becoming very annoying because I pay a lot of money for a phone that I can't use. I appreciate all the help you can give me, because I feel like You are the only person trying to solve my problem.
