Z Fold 4. Inner screen not working since 6.1.1 update

My inner screen has not came in since 6.1 1 update. Touch still working, static coloured screen when it reboots, but then goes off. Can anyone help. Tried soft reset, and clearing cache.

Sorry to hear your phone isn't working as it should. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within as some others appear to have been affected. 

The only other option is a factory reset 🤔 

Or hold off and send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

Thanks for the welcome, cannot seem to find a fix for this issue. Don't really want to factory reset. Just hope this is addressed in the next update.

Got the exact same problem. Shocking from Samsung. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

My z flip 3 just updated to 6.1.1 3 days ago, and now some webpage options do not respond to touch since the update
