Z Fold 4 Glitching When opened

I've had my Fold 4 for just under a year, never any issues. Now all of a sudden when I open the phones middle screen, the entire phone crashes and gives off a glitch noise like a static TV for a split second. I need to shut the screen and restart the ohone which takes upwards of 10 minutes to finally turn back on. I have cleared settings, made sure the ohone is updated all of the recommended steps but nothing is working. There is no damage to the phone either so its obviously a software issue. Any help?

Hi Aaron, the screen itself is undamaged. It's a software issue but I'm trying to get it foxed through Samsung just now with very little help from them

Finally getting somewhere after being on live chat for over an hour, I have to send my phone away and I might get it back in 14 days, maybe longer. Not ideal when my work relies on my phone. I asked about the possibility for a replacement since its 9 months old and there's no physical damage but that wasn't an option unless they can't fix it. The door step repair service isn't offered to foldable devices either

Galaxy z fold 4 one ui 5.1.1 region xxv has the same absolutely problem as described above, started a week ago by itself. Has anyone tried to install one ui 5.0 or android 12 ?
