Z flip 6 Bluetooth issue

I have a problem with my Africa twin's android auto (I didn't had any issue with my old flip 5), when Bluetooth turns on the (calls switch on settings menu) turns on and off by itself continuously https://files.fm/u/f23njjdjqf

Unpair and Re-pair:
• Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and unpair your vehicle from the list. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and vehicle, then turn it back on.

Re-pair your phone with the vehicle by selecting it from the available devices.

Clear App Cache and Data:
Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Android Auto > Storage and clear the cache and data. Reconnect your phone to Android Auto and see if the issue persists.

Access your phone's Bluetooth settings and ensure that the "Calls" option is not set to automatically switch on when connecting to your vehicle.

Try temporarily disabling other Bluetooth features on your phone to see if they are interfering.

Remove your vehicle from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your phone.

Re-pair your phone with your vehicle Bluetooth system.

Thanks for the fast reply, I have done all the above that you mention, except the point you said to set the bluetooth calls option not automatically turn on, I cannot find this option

go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, then select your car's Bluetooth connection, and ensure the "Calls" toggle is not enabled within the device settings- using my watch as an example

The problem is that I want it to be on, and turns off and on continuously

Doing the steps from my original comment should stop it from turning its self off. Hopefully
