You may try a Factory Reset if the issue persists. Please make sure you back up your data first, as it will be wiped. Steps on how to back up your data and perform the Reset can be found here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-perform-factory-reset-on-my-mobile-device...

Hi everyone!
Just had the SAME problem today and I fixed it!
So if all else fails (resetting WiFi settings etc)
Try this, it's weird but worked for me
So it could be that the WiFi and Bluetooth chip aren't properly connected
Turn off your phone and start pressing the back and front of your phone with pressure from your fingers for around 2 minutes
After that you can turn it on and it should be fixed.
